Role Description
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, increase conversions, and maximize ROI for Stratixa and its clients. The role requires robust expertise in paid advertising platforms, campaign strategy, analytics, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels. The candidate will analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, conduct A/B testing, manage budgets, and prepare regular performance reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business and lead-generation goals.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Develop and optimize campaigns across Search, Display,



Performance Max, Remarketing, and Social Media.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and overall ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize ad spend to achieve maximum returns.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with content, creative, SEO, and sales teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platforms.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.

Qualifications
- 5 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
