Role 1: SME Reviewer
Role Overview
The SME Reviewer will conduct detailed academic review and correction of assigned content. The SME must check every question, answer, solution, tag, difficulty level, visual and metadata field before it moves to the Subject Head.
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated questions, answers, solutions and mark schemes.
- Check academic accuracy, curriculum alignment and level suitability.
- Review knowledge-point mapping, topic tagging, difficulty level, marks and question type.
- Correct/rework content directly wherever required.
- Improve wording, clarity, British English and assessment quality.
- Identify incorrect answers, weak solutions, vague wording and curriculum mismatches.
- Review visuals, diagrams, graphs, maps, tables, labels, units and captions.
- Ensure the question, answer, solution and visual are fully aligned.
- Flag copied, repetitive, biased, unclear or unsuitable content.
- Submit corrected files within the assigned timeline.

Role 2: Subject Head
Role Overview
The Subject Head will perform the second-level academic review after SME correction. The Subject Head is responsible for checking the final subject-
