Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales team, generate business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for driving property sales and ensuring a smooth customer journey from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team.
- Generate and manage leads through various channels, including digital marketing, references, and direct sales.
- Handle property site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor sales pipeline, lead conversion, follow-ups, and team performance.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, CRM, Legal, Accounts,



and Project teams for smooth sales operations.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports, MIS, and performance updates with management.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and current business opportunities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company sales processes.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within the defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
- 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential/commercial projects.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales/CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
