Experience: 3–4 years in building maintenance, facility management, BOQ preparation, estimation & costing, renovation works, contractor supervision and bill verification

Role Overview
- Oversee maintenance, renovation, repair, facility management, contractor supervision, BOQ
- preparation, estimation, vendor coordination, and project execution for IPA office premises
- and guest house facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Civil Maintenance & Facility Management: Oversee maintenance of office premises, guest house facilities, plumbing, drainage systems and associated infrastructure.
- Estimation & BOQ: Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical specifications, scope of work documents and quantity assessments.
- Contractor Management: Verify contractor bills,



measurements and work completion reports; supervise project execution.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and service providers to ensure timely completion of works.
- Procurement & Documentation: Support tendering, procurement activities, project documentation and reporting.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards and preventive maintenance requirements.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in BOQ preparation, estimation and rate analysis
- Knowledge of CPWD specifications and engineering maintenance practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word and project documentation
- Contractor supervision and vendor management skills
- Robust planning, organizational and communication abilitie

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
