The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and generating qualified sales opportunities that contribute to business growth. The role focuses on prospect research, outbound and inbound outreach, lead qualification, relationship building, and pipeline development. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to understand target markets, communicate value propositions, and create meaningful opportunities for future business.

Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and research prospective customers, target accounts, industries, and relevant decision-makers.
- Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify prospects based on defined business and customer criteria.
- Develop personalized outreach messages based on prospect needs, industry trends, and business priorities.




- Engage decision-makers and establish productive relationships with potential customers.
- Understand prospect challenges, objectives, requirements, and potential fit with available products or services.
