Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D BIM models for architectural and structural projects using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, sheets, and documentation from BIM models.
- Coordinate models with multiple disciplines and resolve design conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, and LOD requirements.
- Perform model quality checks and support clash detection and coordination.
- Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and project content.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and structural engineers to meet project deliverables.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture.




- 1–8 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Valuable understanding of BIM standards, LOD 100–500, and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
- Familiarity with ACC/BIM 360 workflows is an advantag

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹80,231.17 per month
