Position: Creative Designer (Off-Role)

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

A. Creative Design & Brand Communication
- Design marketing creatives for digital and offline campaigns.
- Create social media posts, banners, emailers, website creatives, and WhatsApp campaign visuals.
- Design POSM materials including standees, danglers, posters, leaflets, brochures, and in-store branding.
- Develop creatives for seasonal campaigns, product launches, offers, and retail promotions.
- Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency.

B. Image & Video Editing
- Basic photo retouching and image enhancement.
- Create simple promotional videos, reels, GIFs, and motion graphics.
- Resize and adapt creatives for multiple platforms and media.

C. Coordination
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to understand campaign requirements.




- Work with vendors and printers for artwork approvals and print-ready files.
- Deliver creatives within timelines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Software Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign (Preferred)
- Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (Basic knowledge preferred)
- Canva

Preferred Skills
- Strong creative thinking and visualization skills.
- Positive understanding of branding and retail marketing.
- Knowledge of print production and digital media specifications.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or retail industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
