We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our team and assist clients with planning and booking their travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have experience in the travel industry, excellent customer service and communication skills, and good knowledge of international destinations. Responsibilities include handling flight, hotel, transfer, and holiday package bookings; preparing quotations and itineraries; assisting with amendments, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings; providing accurate information on fares, schedules, visa requirements, and travel policies; and maintaining solid relationships with customers and suppliers. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, able to work under pressure, and motivated to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service
Experience:
- Travel Consultant: 3 years (Preferred)
