- Possess robust Project management skills in Scope, Time, Quality, Risk and stakeholder management
- Create Empowered scrum team
- Identify skill gaps of the team and drive necessary actions to improve the associate competency
- Mentor the team for their career progression
- Responsible for project associates Goal planning and annual assessment
- Know how of MPP tool usage for scheduling
- Responsible for Project plan updates, Risk register monitoring, Prime tool scheduling,

- End to End knowledge of PMP process areas
- Strong project management and Test manager skills
- Experience in mentoring team and supporting the team for deliveries.Expertise in embedded engineering projects, including developing and unit tests.
- Familiarity of software development lifecycle methods including Agile
- Experience in handling projects at different geographical locationsExperience in handling team of people (Min 15-20 people)
