Java AWS Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java AWS Developer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, AWS services, microservices, Kafka, Docker, and serverless technologies, along with experience in building enterprise-grade applications using Agile development practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java/J2EE and cloud-native technologies.
- Build and deploy scalable applications on AWS using containerized and serverless architectures.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with Apache Kafka for event-driven and streaming solutions.
- Implement Docker-based containerization and orchestrate workloads on AWS services.
- Build serverless workflows using AWS Lambda and Step Functions.
- Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Perform unit testing using JUnit and mocking frameworks.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development workplace.
- Manage source code using Git and participate in CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE application development.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, multithreading, collections, generics, annotations, reflection, and concurrency.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, Fargate, Aurora, Lambda, Step Functions, and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
- Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Strong knowledge of Docker containerization and microservices architecture.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB and MongoDB.
- Experience with Maven or Gradle build tools.
- Hands-on experience with Git version control and CI/CD practices.
