Admission Counselor

We are looking for a confident and motivated Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, along with the ability to guide prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and prospective candidates about courses, career opportunities, and admission processes.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, and direct interactions.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Build positive relationships with students and provide a smooth admission experience.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in admission counseling, education sales, inside sales, or a related field.
- Solid communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in education/admission sales will be preferred.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to handle objections and effectively communicate course benefits.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
