HR Executive – Diamond Manufacturing Unit

Job Summary

We are looking for a HR Executive to join our diamond manufacturing unit and manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in employee onboarding, attendance management, PF & ESIC registration, and general HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain daily attendance, leave, late coming, and absenteeism records.
- Manage PF and ESIC registration for new and existing employees.
- Maintain employee personal files, documents, and HR records.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
- Coordinate with employees and department supervisors for HR-related matters.
- Prepare attendance and other HR data required for monthly payroll processing.
- Assist in maintaining employee discipline and implementing company HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attendance, leave, and employee records.




- Coordinate with management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Support other HR activities and statutory compliance requirements as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Practical knowledge of PF & ESIC registration and related processes.
- Positive knowledge of attendance and leave management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR software.
- Good documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee-related matters professionally.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, diamond, jewellery, or factory HR operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
