Backend Engineer Position

We are excited to announce an open position for a Backend Engineer at our Bengaluru office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in database management and API development, looking to work in a agile, full-time, in-office environment. With an experience range of 3-7 years, we are seeking a candidate who can contribute to our backend systems with innovative solutions and robust engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement database structures to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Develop APIs that will interface with various internal and external systems.
- Maintain and enhance existing backend systems to improve functionality and reliability.
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Incorporate data security measures into all solutions to safeguard information integrity.




- Analyze existing software implementations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Required Skills:
- Solid experience with relational databases, SQL, or NoSQL systems.
- Proficient in designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Adept at using server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Understanding of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Secondary Skills:
- Familiarity with DevOps practices including automation tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.
- Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience in developing microservices architecture is highly advantageous.
