Role & responsibilities
- To ensure compliance of GMP/GEP.
- To ensure safety compliance as per Abbott Safety Guidelines.
- To carryout daily shift activity in Plant.
- Preparing Preventive maintenance schedule of equipment.
- Daily Power & Running Hour report generation.
- Monthly Breakdown Data preparation & analysis.
- Generation of daily shift report and shift handling.
- Why-Why analysis of repeated issue in tablet and liquid oral block with continual improvement in equipment performance.
- Identify & implementation of projects for equipments efficiency improvement.
- Inventory management of PLC/HMI spares and related software.
- Upkeep of electrical wiring diagram of the equipment.
- To impart technical support & training to subordinates & colleagues.
- Co-ordination with contractor for execution of area related work, issuing of work permits & their closure.
- Inventory management and Procurement of electrical/instrumentation spares of equipment’s.
- Track MTTR and MTBF of equipment/area on regular basis.
- Exposure to pharma equipment like CVC, BQS, Elmach, Fette, Korsch, ACG, Glatt, Bectochem, Brothers Pharmamech, Shreeji , Romaco etc.
