Position Summary

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence in the water treatment industry, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across industrial and government sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing, preferably within engineering, infrastructure,



or environmental/water treatment industries.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with company sales and growth targets.
- Identify target markets, industry verticals (pharma, textiles, food & beverage, municipal corporations, etc.), and key accounts for water/wastewater treatment solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing benchmarks, and new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred); Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental/Civil/Mechanical) is an added advantage.
- Experience: 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in water treatment, environmental engineering, industrial equipment, or capital goods/B2B sectors.
