About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled
Motion Graphic Designer
with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in a
digital marketing agency
, to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in motion graphics, video editing, animation, and digital content creation, with a valuable understanding of current social media trends and visual storytelling.

The candidate should be comfortable working on multiple projects, creating engaging short-form content, and collaborating with content, marketing, and design teams to deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging
motion graphics, animated posts, reels, and short-form video content
for social media and digital campaigns.
- Design and edit promotional videos, advertisements, brand films, and storytelling content.




- Apply advanced video editing techniques, including transitions, text animation, visual effects, sound synchronization, pacing, and color adjustments.
- Develop visually appealing content optimized for different digital platforms, formats, and screen sizes.
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into compelling visual and motion-based content.
- Collaborate with the
Content, Marketing, and Creative teams
to understand project requirements and execute concepts effectively.
- Stay updated with emerging
motion design, video, social media, and AI trends

- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve video production efficiency and explore innovative creative approaches.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creatives.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual and motion content.
- Organize and maintain project files, assets, and source files systematically.
