Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile/Scrum practices, help development teams deliver high-quality products within planned timelines. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to promote continuous improvement and effective Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
- Coach the team on Scrum principles, Agile practices.
- Help resolve impediments that affect team productivity and delivery.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to support backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery of metrics.
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Promote transparency, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate collaboration between developers, QA, product, business, and other stakeholders.




- Help teams identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery efficiency.
- Support Agile adoption and transformation across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and software development lifecycle.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
- Strong facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Protected, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
- Experience in Agile Transformation or coaching
- Experience working with multiple Scrum teams or large-scale programs.
