Role & responsibilities
- The Asset Desk Manager (ADM) plays a pivotal role in driving the branchs asset business growth by acting as the single point of contact for all asset-related products such as Home Loans, Micro LAP, MSME Loans, Agri Loans, and Vehicle Loans.
- The ADM is responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, process coordination, and service delivery, ensuring a seamless experience from lead sourcing to loan disbursement.
- Drive acquisition of Asset customers (NTB and ETB) to achieve the monthly disbursement target across multiple asset products.
- Generate leads by leveraging existing branch relationships and sourcing current customers
- Ensure timely follow-up,



documentation and lead conversion in coordination with processing teams.
- Support cross-sell initiatives and branch-level marketing activities in coordination with product and marketing teams.
- Assess market potential and provide feedback on product features, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Track portfolio performance, renewals, and retention metrics; support measures to minimize attrition and improve quality of sourcing.

Preferred candidate profile
- Any graduate 2-4 years of experience in Asset Verticals Industry
