About the Role

We’re looking for a
smart, hands-on marketer who can figure things out.

At
Kapzo
, marketing is not going to be divided into ten different teams. You will work closely with the founders and take ownership of how Kapzo gets discovered, remembered, tried, and used.

One day you may be planning a digital campaign. The next, you could be visiting apartments, launching a pharmacy activation, briefing a designer, running a Meta campaign, analysing customer acquisition numbers, or figuring out why a campaign did not work.

We don't expect you to know everything. We expect you to learn fast, take ownership, and find a way to get the outcome.

What You'll Own

* Growth & Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social, performance marketing, WhatsApp, CRM, and offline channels.

* Hyperlocal Marketing: Build Kapzo's presence across pharmacies, apartments, communities, local businesses, streets, and neighbourhoods.





* Content & Brand: Work with the creative team to develop social content, campaigns, offers, customer communication, and local marketing assets.

* Performance: Track CAC, leads, conversions, orders, engagement, campaign ROI, and other relevant metrics. Understand what is working and what isn't.

* Budget: Manage marketing spends carefully and focus on getting the maximum possible outcome from every rupee.

* GTM: Help plan and execute launches, campaigns, partnerships, promotions, and current-market initiatives.

* Experimentation: Test different channels, creatives, messages, offers, audiences, and ideas. Double down on what works and stop what doesn't.

* Execution: Coordinate with designers, vendors, agencies, pharmacies, apartment communities, and other partners to get campaigns live.
