Job Description:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual treasury MIS and management reports, covering cash position, liquidity, borrowings, finance costs, bank charges, FX exposure and other key treasury metrics, with detailed variance analysis and actionable insights for senior management.
- Review and analyse monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual cash flow statements, reconcile actual cash flows with forecasts and financial records, identify significant variances and provide insights on liquidity requirements, funding gaps and cash utilisation.
- Prepare and maintain 3 months cash flow forecasts across all hospital units and the corporate entity; track forecast-versus-actual variance and explain drivers.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive debt and borrowings data bank, including facility limits, utilisation, repayments, interest rates, maturity profiles and key terms, ensuring consistency with sanction letters and loan agreements; monitor financial covenants and proactively flag potential breaches, if any.



Assist in doing the relevant secretarial and charge filings.
- Analyse interest costs, borrowing costs and banking charges across legal entities, monitor interest-rate trends, maintain relevant data trackers and identify opportunities for cost optimisation, savings and improved terms with banking partners.
- Monitor and report FX exposures, foreign currency transactions and realised/unrealised FX gains or losses, support hedging and risk-mitigation activities, and provide regular FX analysis and reporting to management.
- Handle inward and outward remittances, ensuring correct purpose coding, documentation and FIRC/BRC closure.
- Support administration of any External Commercial Borrowings and trade credits including all-in-cost monitoring, Form ECB and ECB-2 return filings and interaction with the AD Category-I bank.
- Track FEMA and RBI Master Direction requirements applicable to borrowings, imports of medical equipment and cross-border pay
