This is NOT an entry-level position. We require verifiable experience managing Google Ads campaigns for U.S. home service businesses at a recognized digital marketing agency or in-house for a home service company.
Note: This role requires full availability during U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours.

We build and manage:

• Google Ads campaigns (Search, LSA, Performance Max)

• Conversion tracking systems (GTM, GA4, call tracking)

• Reporting dashboards

• Lead attribution systems

We are hiring a full time Google Ads Specialist to own and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple U.S.-based home service clients.

About The Role

This is a hands-on media buying role focused exclusively on Google Ads — Search, Local Services Ads (LSA), and Performance Max campaigns for home service contractors.





You will be the person responsible for driving high-intent leads that turn into booked jobs — not vanity metrics. You'll manage campaigns from keyword research and structure to bid optimization, reporting, and scaling.

This role focuses heavily on:

• Lead generation for local service businesses

• Cost per lead optimization

• Lead quality and booked job attribution

• Conversion tracking accuracy

• Scaling profitable campaigns across multiple accounts

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Google Search campaigns across multiple client accounts

• Manage Local Services Ads (LSA) / Google Guaranteed listings

• Build and optimize Performance Max campaigns for lead gen

• Structure campaigns by service type, location, and intent level

• Implement and maintain conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, call tracking)

• Optimize bid strategies (Target CPA, Max Conversions) based on lead quality data

• Monitor cost per lead, l
