Job title: Sr UX UI Designer

Location: Remote

Job summary:

Modernizing legacy enterprise applications to a latest. The project involves building a scalable, reusable Design System as the foundation for consistent user experiences across all applications.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct
discovery sessions
with stakeholders and document workflows, pain points, and requirements.
- Build and maintain a
reusable component library
in Figma with design tokens (colors, typography, spacing).
- Design
8-10 high-fidelity screens per day
for web and admin applications.
- Create
interactive prototypes
for stakeholder validation.
- Ensure all designs are
ADA/WCAG 2.2 AA compliant.
- Prepare developer handoff packages
(Figma specs, assets, documentation).
- Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.





Required Skills
- Design Tools:
Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototypes).
- Design Systems:
Experience building and scaling component libraries from scratch.
- UX/UI Design:
Solid portfolio demonstrating enterprise application design.
- Accessibility:
Deep understanding of WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
- Research & Discovery:
Experience conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, and documenting findings.
- Collaboration:
Comfortable working in distributed teams (US and India time zones).
- Communication:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
