About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation / Business Development Executive to join our team in Hinjewadi, Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with various lead generation and prospecting tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with potential clients and successfully schedule business meetings and calls.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through multiple channels and lead-generation tools.
- Research target companies, decision-makers, and potential clients.
- Use tools such as LinkedIn, email databases, CRM platforms, and other B2B lead-generation tools to build prospect lists.
- Conduct outbound calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting activities.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule qualified meetings and calls between prospects and the sales/business development team.




- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM.
- Track lead-generation activities, meetings scheduled, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead-generation and business-development targets.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach activities and results.

Required Skills & Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech qualification is mandatory.
- Prior experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Hands-on experience with multiple lead-generation/prospecting tools.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, cold calling, and database research.
- Proven ability to set up meetings and calls with new clients.
- Excellent English communication and conversational skills with good fluency.
