Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in injection molding machine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding machines, including hydraulic and servo systems.
- Handle maintenance of hot runner systems, molds and related equipment.
- Maintain plant utilities such as air compressors, chillers, cooling towers and DG sets.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
- Identify root causes of machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Improve machine utilization, reliability and overall equipment efficiency.
- Ensure proper maintenance records and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure secure working conditions.
- Provide hands-on technical support for electrical,



hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting.

Qualification: CIPET / BE / Diploma (Electrical)

Experience: 8–10 years in injection molding machine maintenance

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Candidates with strong hands-on troubleshooting experience in plastic injection molding plants will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
