About The Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive
CSM & YouTube Executive
to manage and grow SuperGrads’ digital presence across social media platforms, with a primary focus on
YouTube and Instagram
. The role will involve content planning, execution, audience engagement, and analyzing performance for our
CAT & IPMAT
audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow SuperGrads’ YouTube, Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute content calendars, including YouTube videos, Shorts,



Reels and other engaging formats.
- Coordinate with faculty, content creators, designers and video editors for content creation and publishing.
- Handle YouTube SEO, including titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, keywords and playlists.
- Track YouTube and social media analytics such as views, watch time, CTR, retention and engagement.
- Identify trending topics, formats and content opportunities relevant to CAT & IPMAT aspirants.
- Engage with the online student community through comments, DMs and social media interactions.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends and bring current content ideas to improve reach and engagement.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest strategies for channel and social media growth.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, YouTube, Content Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing a YouTube/social media page is preferred.
