Job Description

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 6 months to 3 years of experience to join our recruitment team in Noida.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable technical candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, and communication.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/recruiting teams.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Work on US time zones as required.

Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of US IT hiring and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with technologies, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in US shifts/night shifts.
