About Ayka Medical

Ayka Medical is a leading manufacturer of sterilization packaging and monitoring products, supplying hospitals across India. We specialize in CSSD consumables including sterilization reels, pouches, wraps, and chemical indicators. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage our accounting, statutory compliance, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Salea Billing:
- Generate accurate sales invoices in Tally Prime.
- Verify Purchase Orders before billing.
- Prepare GST invoices and e-way bills.
- Maintain invoice records and billing documentation.

Inventory Management:
- Maintain inventory records in Tally Prime.
- Create and maintain Item Masters (CAT Codes).
- Record stock transfers, stock adjustments, and inventory movements.
- Update daily inventory records.
- Generate daily stock reports.
- Monitor inventory against minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Coordinate with the Operations Lead for production indents and purchase requirements.

Dispatch & Logistics:




- Coordinate dispatch of customer orders
- Book shipments through Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and other logistics partners.
- Prepare dispatch documents and courier labels.
- Share tracking details with customers.
- Maintain dispatch records.

Order Processing:
- Process customer purchase orders.
- Coordinate with factory and warehouse for order execution.
- Update order tracking reports.
- Ensure timely execution of customer orders.

Qualifications
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, billing, inventory, or dispatch.
- Good working knowledge of
Tally Prime
.
- Good understanding of inventory management.
- Knowledge of GST billing and e-way bills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
