The E-Commerce & Technology Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the companys online sales platforms, primarily Shopify, while supporting digital marketing initiatives and ensuring smooth integration with ERP systems. This role bridges technology, marketing, and operations to drive online revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Management

Manage and maintain Shopify stores, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and content updates

Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates

Coordinate with designers and developers for website enhancements and feature updates

Digital Marketing Support

Execute and support digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and social media

Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports

Optimize SEO, landing pages, and promotional content to improve traffic and conversions

ERP & Systems Coordination

Assist in integrating Shopify with ERP systems for inventory, orders, billing,



and fulfillment

Ensure accurate data flow between e-commerce platforms and backend systems

Coordinate with internal teams or vendors to resolve system-related issues

Reporting & Analysis

Generate sales, traffic, and operational reports

Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to support decision-making

Maintain documentation of processes, system workflows, and updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Shopify (product management, orders, apps, basic customization)

Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, etc.)

Basic to intermediate understanding of ERP systems and e-commerce integrations

Knowledge of e-commerce operations, online payments, and logistics workflows

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination abilities
