About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to drive sales and customer acquisition for Home Loan and Mortgage products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, sourcing recent business, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

Meet customers through field visits and explain home loan products

Generate leads through direct sourcing, referrals, and networking

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement

Ensure high-quality customer service and credit quality standards





Onboard and manage channel partners, agents, and housing projects (APExpand the business network to increase loan application volumes

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline

1–5 years of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, BFSI, or NBFC sales

Freshers with a passion for sales may also apply

Own two-wheeler preferred
