Role Description

Elevora Business Solutions is looking for a
Business Development Associate (BDA)
to drive client acquisition and business growth.

This is a
hybrid role based in Lucknow
. The selected candidate will work
onsite on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
, with the remaining working days being remote.

The primary responsibility of this role is to
identify, approach, nurture, and convert potential clients
for Elevora's
Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing services
. The Business Development Associate will play an active role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the company's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities




- Identify and generate potential leads for Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing services.
- Research businesses, industries, target markets, and potential client opportunities.
- Identify key decision-makers and relevant contacts within target companies.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other appropriate channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable service opportunities.
- Present and pitch Elevora's Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing services to potential clients.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
- Maintain and regularly update lead databases and CRM records.
- Qualify leads and support the conversion of prospects into paying clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify recent business opportunities.
