Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager to independently manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The role involves bookkeeping, GST and TDS compliance, vendor and marketplace reconciliations, receivables management, MIS reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external auditors.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on accounting knowledge and be comfortable managing financial data across multiple sales channels and payment cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries using Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of financial transactions.
- Support monthly closing activities, including expense tracking, accruals, and basic P&L; inputs.




- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
GST & Statutory Compliance
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B return filing.
- Perform input tax credit reconciliation.
- Coordinate for multi-state GST registrations and related compliance requirements.
- Manage TDS deductions, payments, and quarterly return filings.
- Assist with e-way bills, invoicing, and other statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with the company's CA and auditors for filings, audits, and compliance deadlines.
Reconciliation & Marketplace Accounting
- Reconcile payments and settlements across multiple sales platforms and channels.
- Handle reconciliation of marketplace settlements, including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Shopify, and other sales channels.
