Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee the Company's Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Compliance and Corporate Affairs functions.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audit, MIS, cash-flow management and financial planning. The candidate will work closely with senior management and play an important role in financial decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Accounts & Finance function of the Company.
- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, MIS and financial reports.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, payables and receivables.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other direct & indirect tax compliances.
- Coordinate and manage Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Internal Audit.
- Ensure timely filing of all statutory and regulatory compliances.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts and cash-flow projections.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow,



expenses and overall financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost control and financial efficiency.
- Prepare financial models, business projections and project costing.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Coordinate loan, working capital, banking and funding requirements.
- Monitor all loan/EMI obligations and ensure timely payments.
- Oversee corporate and secretarial compliance in coordination with the Company Secretary and legal advisors.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, tax advisors, banks and legal professionals.
- Review financial and commercial aspects of agreements and contracts.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the Director/Management.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, policies and processes.

Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- 3–8 years of relevant post-qualification expe
