Job Description for Business Analyst (Fluency in Japanese Language)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis:
Gather and analyze data to identify business needs and opportunities.
2. Problem Identification:
Identify areas of concern that affect business efficiency.
3. Solution Development:
Develop solutions to improve business processes and operations.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
5. Project Management:
Assist in managing projects to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
6. Documentation:
Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation. Preparing FSD, BSD, creating wireframes, mock ups.
7. Reporting:
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help stakeholders understand business performance.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.




- Problem-Solving:
Creative and strategic thinking to develop effective solutions.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Project Management:
Experience in managing projects and coordinating with different teams.
- Fluency and communication in Japanese language is a must have

Typical Duties:
- Conduct market research and analyze financial reports.
- Collaborate with different departments to improve productivity.
- Test business processes and recommend improvements.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement them.
- Product/ Application Demo to Customers

Educational Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Qualified - CBAP) can be advantageous.
