Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Explain products, services, and business opportunities clearly.

Follow up with interested prospects.

Maintain accurate call and lead records.

Build good relationships with customers and prospects.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets.

Requirements

Good communication skills.

Basic English/Hindi speaking ability.

Confident and polite communication.

Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.

Freshers can apply.

Prior telecalling/customer-service experience is an advantage.
