Job Description

Flights & Docs is looking for a dedicated and experienced Schengen Visa Filing Officer or Documentation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Schengen visa documentation, application procedures, appointment booking, and client coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle Schengen visa filing and documentation processes efficiently
- Review and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and submit visa applications as per embassy and VFS requirements
- Assist clients with visa forms, cover letters, travel itineraries, and supporting documents
- Coordinate with VFS centres, embassies, and applicants for updates
- Track application progress and provide timely status updates to clients




- Maintain proper records and documentation of all applications
- Provide professional guidance and customer support throughout the visa process

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Schengen visa filing or other countries and documentation
- Good communication and client-handling skills (Punjabi must - Reading/Writing)
- Solid knowledge of Schengen visa requirements and procedures
- Ability to review financial, employment, and travel documents
- Computer and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
