Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, branding, and campaign management, along with hands-on experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will lead the marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and ensure successful execution of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and support business growth.
- Lead and manage the marketing team by assigning responsibilities, mentoring team members, and monitoring performance.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and oversee high-quality content for websites, social media, brochures, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.




- Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication channels and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the Sales, CRM, and Business Development teams to generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Manage social media strategy, online reputation, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, digital marketing partners, media houses, and vendors for campaign execution.
- Plan and execute project launches, exhibitions, promotional events, and brand activation campaigns.
