Experience: 2~5 of experience in chemical/process manufacturing, preferably epoxy resin, adhesives, coatings, Fine or specialty chemicals.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and promoting the companys chemical products across industrial and commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities: -

Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, digital channels, and industry networks.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Customer Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable chemical products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical/commercial issues.
- Coordinate with customers regarding samples, trials, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Regularly collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for additional sales.




- Coordinate with production, stores & logistics for timely order execution.
- Market Development
- Research market trends, competitors, pricing, and new applications.
- Identify new industries and geographical markets for company products. Develop strategies for entering recent markets
- Technical & Product Coordination
- Understanding of the companys chemical products, specifications, applications, and advantages.
- Coordinate with the technical/R&D; team for product trials and customer requirements.
- Support customers during product evaluation and application trials.
- Communicate customer requirements to production and quality-control teams.

Required Qualifications: -
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, MBA -Marketing.
- Experience in chemical sales, industrial sales, B2B sales, or chemical manufacturing is preferred.
