The Batraa Numerology is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team

Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Current Delhi
Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Saturday: Work From Home
Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure timely delivery, quality, and smooth execution
• Coordinate with Management and cross-functional teams
• Monitor project timelines, task progress, and performance
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Accounts & Operations teams
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve project-related challenges
• Prepare project status reports and performance updates




• Support resource planning, task allocation, and team coordination

Required Skills:

4–8 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, or Team Management
Strong organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools & reporting
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Good understanding of Sales, Marketing & Operational workflows
Self-driven and detail-oriented
