SS Moral Education and Training Institute is looking for an experienced Admission Counselor with relevant experience in the education, admission counseling, student counseling, or paramedical field.
The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, handling admission-related queries, following up with leads, explaining Nursing and Paramedical courses, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and admission procedures.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the admission team for smooth enrollment.
Candidate Requirements
- Only experienced candidates with relevant field experience.
- Experience in Admission Counseling, Education Sales, Student Counseling, or the Paramedical/Education sector.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
Salary & Incentives
₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives up to ₹50,000/month
