Scope of work and responsibilities:

1. Laboratory Coordination:
- Manage activities in the Laboratory.
- Ensure the effective operation of equipment including GC, Viscometers, HPLC, GPC etc.
- Coordinate with the laboratory and plant to conduct necessary tests for research initiatives.
- Play an active role in the development and optimization of product development

2. Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of , polymers, and material science.
- Utilize analytical instruments for testing and analysis; additional knowledge of other analytical instruments is welcome

3. Reporting and Planning:
- Prepare comprehensive reports on testing activities and R&D;
- Work closely with the planning and production teams to plan and implement testing schedules

4. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to achieve goals.
- Communicate effectively with laboratory personnel and plant staff.
