We are looking for a passionate and skilled Networking & Security Trainer with at least 3 years of experience in training students or professionals in networking, cybersecurity, and related IT infrastructure domains. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and virtual sessions, preparing course content, and guiding learners to acquire both conceptual and practical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on Networking and Cybersecurity concepts, tools, and practices.
- Design, prepare, and update training materials, lab exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct hands-on labs and practical demonstrations for learners.
- Monitor learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in networking, information security, and cyber defense.
- Prepare learners for certification exams (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CEH,



etc.).
- Maintain training records, reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Networking & Security Trainer.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, Firewalls).
- Positive understanding of cybersecurity concepts (threats, vulnerabilities, SIEM, IDS/IPS, encryption, VPNs).
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and security tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Certifications
- Cisco CCNA / CCNP
