We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our presence across leading online marketplaces including Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa Fashion, Tata CLiQ, and other relevant platforms. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day marketplace operations, product listings, catalogue management, inventory coordination, sales tracking, promotions, and coordination with internal teams and marketplace account managers.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Account Management
- Manage day-to-day operations across Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa Fashion, Tata CLiQ and other marketplaces.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and operational management of current marketplace accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for marketplace account managers and support teams.
- Coordinate with marketplaces for onboarding, approvals, catalogue issues, promotions and other operational requirements.

2. Product Listing & Catalogue Management
- Create, upload and maintain product listings across all marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product information including titles, descriptions,



specifications, pricing, images, sizes and other attributes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product images, content and other listing requirements.
- Ensure all listings are updated, live and free from errors.
- Regularly monitor catalogue health and resolve suppressed, inactive or rejected listings.

3. Inventory & Order Management
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate inventory across all marketplaces.
- Monitor stock availability and avoid stock-outs and overselling.
- Track orders, cancellations, returns and other operational issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Ensure adherence to marketplace SLAs and operational requirements.

4. Sales & Performance Monitoring
- Track daily, weekly and monthly sales performance across each marketplace.
