Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Manager - Interior & Finishes
to lead the planning, execution, quality control, and delivery of interior fit-out and finishing works across residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and high-rise development projects. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring superior quality standards, timely project completion, cost optimization,



and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in premium interiors, luxury finishes, project execution, contractor management, and client-facing project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Interior & Finishing Works Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of interior and finishing works across multiple projects.
- Oversee execution of flooring, ceiling systems, partitions, painting, cladding, joinery, modular installations, wall finishes, façade interfaces, and decorative elements.
- Ensure all finishing activities are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor productivity, workmanship, and adherence to project timelines.

Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed execution plans, work schedules, and resource deployment strategies.
- Coordinate site execution activities to ensure achievement of project miles
