Urgently Hiring CA for Manufacturing cum Retail Group | Accounting, Audit & Compliance

Role & responsibilities

A. Manufacturing Accounting:
- Handling complete manufacturing accounting including raw material costing, production costing, BOM, WIP, and finished goods valuation.
- Inventory control, stock reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Factory expense monitoring and cost optimization.

B. Retail & Accounts:
- Overall accounting, finalization of P&L;, Balance Sheet and consolidation of Manufacturing + Retail + Warehouse accounts.
- Daily sales reconciliation, showroom profitability and MIS reporting to MD.

C. Audit:
- End-to-end management of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit & Stock Audit.
- Implementing robust internal controls and SOPs across factory and retail outlets.

D. Finance & Compliance:
- 100% compliance for GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI,



Skilled Tax and Companies Act for both manufacturing and retail entities.
- Handling Income Tax assessments, GST assessments, and liaison with auditors, banks & government departments.
- Banking, fund flow, working capital and loan management.

Preferred candidate profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with vast experience in a Manufacturing cum Retail / Trading setup.
- Strong expertise in Accounting & Financial Compliance and Accounting Audit.
- Sound knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, GST, Income Tax & ROC compliances.
- Proficient in Tally ERP / SAP, Advanced Excel and ERP systems.
- Should be able to lead a team and work closely with MD.
