Business Development Manager Custom Exhibition Stall Design & Fabrication

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive current business for our Custom Exhibition Stall Design & Fabrication business.

The primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire new clients, build strong relationships with exhibitors and corporate brands, generate enquiries and convert them into exhibition stall projects. The role will also involve managing and growing relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for custom exhibition stall design and fabrication.
- Generate leads through exhibition organisers, exhibitors, industry databases, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, market research and industry events.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients participating in exhibitions across India and international markets.
- Develop relationships with corporate brands, exhibitors, marketing teams, event agencies,



exhibition organisers and agencies.
- Understand client requirements including stall size, design brief, branding requirements, budget and timelines.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, production and project execution teams to develop suitable stall solutions and proposals.
- Prepare and present stall proposals, presentations, quotations and commercial pitches to clients.
- Follow up consistently on enquiries, proposals and quotations and drive them towards closure.
- Negotiate commercials and close deals while maintaining healthy margins.
- Manage key client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and larger projects.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
- Attend exhibitions, industry events and client meetings to generate new business opportunities.
