We are looking for an experienced
Senior Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Engineering Services
to drive strategic partnerships, engineering service opportunities, commercial negotiations, and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent strategic partnerships and engineering service opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1s, engineering service providers, and technology partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Drive business development, joint initiatives, and pipeline growth.
- Manage engineering service providers on Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD), and technical capability.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Leadership teams.




- Track KPIs, resolve escalations, and ensure partner satisfaction.

Preferred Experience
- 15+ years in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, Engineering Sourcing, or Supplier Management.
- Automotive / Engineering Services / Technology / Industrial sector experience.
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Volkswagen Group exposure is highly desirable, particularly programs involving Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, Porsche, SEAT, or CUPRA.
- Existing relationships within the Volkswagen Group ecosystem will be a strong advantage.
- MBA is preferred.
