Role & responsibilities

Warehouse Operations
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure timely processing of B2B, B2C, and marketplace orders as per defined SLAs.
- Monitor warehouse capacity, space utilization, and operational efficiency.

Inventory Management
- Ensure accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.
- Minimize inventory discrepancies and maintain stock integrity.
- Drive FIFO/FEFO practices and proper storage of all inventory.

Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Plan manpower allocation based on daily operational requirements.
- Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Process Excellence
- Implement and monitor warehouse SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.




- Ensure warehouse housekeeping through 5S implementation and safety compliance.

Performance Management
- Monitor warehouse KPIs including Inventory Accuracy, Order Fulfillment, Dispatch TAT, Productivity, Order Accuracy, and Cost per Order.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics teams for seamless operations.
- Work with transport partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Support new warehouse projects, automation initiatives, and operational expansion.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 810 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Retail, or E-commerce.
- Solid knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP
