About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Fund Accountant with hands-on experience in US Fund Accounting and Investment Operations. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of NAV calculation and reconciliation, investment accounting, cash and trade reconciliations, expense accounting, capital activity and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily and periodic fund accounting activities for US-based investment funds.
- Calculate and review Net Asset Value (NAV) and investigate NAV variances.
- Perform cash, bank, trade and position reconciliations.
- Record and review investment transactions, income, expenses, accruals and adjustments.
- Support capital activity including subscriptions, redemptions, contributions and distributions where applicable.
- Maintain fund General Ledger and supporting accounting schedules.
- Support Month-End, Quarter-End and Year-End Close activities.




- Prepare financial reporting schedules and supporting documentation.
- Review corporate actions and ensure appropriate accounting treatment.
- Support investor reporting and client deliverables where applicable.
- Coordinate with internal teams, fund administrators, custodians, auditors and other stakeholders.
- Investigate accounting breaks and reconciliation differences and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support internal and external audits.
- Identify opportunities to improve fund accounting processes and reporting efficiency.

Key Software

Advent Geneva, Investran, Yardi, eFront, Allvue, BlackRock Aladdin, Clearwater, Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, Power BI; experience with other fund accounting, investment accounting or ERP platforms will also be considered.
