Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to courier and shipment status.
- Coordinate with clients regarding pickup, delivery, transit, and shipment updates.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Manage and follow up on POD (Proof of Delivery) collection and submission.
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for pending/delayed shipments.
- Follow up on undelivered, delayed, short, or misrouted shipments.
- Maintain proper records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Regularly follow up with clients for pending requirements and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth shipment movement and delivery.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to shipments, PODs, complaints, and pending follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer and shipment-related data in Excel/ERP/CRM systems.
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding any operational issues.
- Support the team in maintaining good customer relationships and service quality.





Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of Courier / Logistics / Transportation operations.
- Strong POD management and follow-up skills.
- Good Client Management and Customer Relationship Management skills.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and basic computer applications.
- Strong coordination skills with clients, delivery teams, and internal departments.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Courier, Logistics, Transportation, E-commerce delivery, or 3PL will be preferred.
- Experience in customer service, shipment tracking, POD management, or client coordination will be an advantage.
