Role Overview

We are looking for an
Inside Sales Specialist
who is highly motivated, self-driven, target-oriented, technically sound, commercially aware, relationship-building, cold-calling person, who can single-handedly generate leads, qualify prospects, manage accounts and create new business opportunities for our
AV, UC and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sales and growth mindset,



excellent communication skills, curiosity to understand customer needs and the persistence to convert prospects into meaningful business opportunities with consultative selling methods.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate
qualified leads
through cold calling, cold emails, email campaigns, LinkedIn and other prospecting channels.
- Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders, including
CXOs, Business Heads, IT Leaders, and Operations Leaders
using data extraction tools and then curating the right designations and prospecting them.
- Conduct market and account research to identify
current business opportunities and customer expansion potential
and come up with creative ideas to prospect them and nurture them on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Pitch relevant
products, services, and technology solutions
to prospective clients through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and presentations.
